ANALYSIS OF THE UTILIZATION OF SYNTHETIC DETERGENT IN REPLACEMENT TO PLASTICIZER ADDITIVE IN CONCRETE OF PORTLAND CEMENT

The objective of this study is to evaluate the incorporation of plasticizer additives, as the detergent, and its influence in the proprieties of the concrete in the fresh state, in special its consistency. For the methodology of the study were used three groups of samples, with trace of 1:3:3. The first sampling group of proof bodies was molded without the incorporation of additives, the second group was used the conventional plasticizer additive, the third group of proof body received the addition of synthetic detergent. For the evaluation of the effect of the incorporation of the synthetic detergent to the mixture of concrete, performed the experiment of slump test, since the focus of the search is the alteration of its consistency. It was performed yet the experiment of simple compression, to 7 and 28 days of cure, to verify if had influence in the mechanical properties. The utilization of the detergent, as plasticizer additive for concrete, it did not interfere significantly in the mixture. Among the groups analyzed found a better result for those with addition of conventional plasticizer.
