As the interest and applications of these materials grow, advances are being made with respect to the preparation of these compounds. The oxides LaNiO3 and LaNi0,6Fe0,4O3 produced in the form of powders and thin films, and it is observed that there are changes in the physical behavior of these oxides due to the nanostructures present. In this way, the electrical conductivity properties of nanowires and other nanostructures of the LaNiO3, LaNi0,6Fe0,4O3 and NdNiO3 compounds obtained, respectively, by electrospinning and hydrothermal synthesis were investigated. Through the use of the X-ray diffraction and SEM technique, it was possible to verify the formation of the desired phases and morphologies.
