This direct procedure provides a way ahead to prototype and scale-up In-based materials. The theoretical calculation of the material was done with the addition of electrons, so that it is seen that only the atoms of In are reduced with the interaction with electrons, and that the crystalline cell expands with this addition, connecting with the experimental data obtained.
