The search for environmental preservation has led researchers to study the use of these by-products as raw materials. Concrete is the most widely used building material today, and it is known that it receives a large amount of by-products or industrial waste in addition to or replacement of one of its constituents. Thus, in this work, it was verified how the addition of the limestone filler produced in the state of the RN influences the compressive strength of the concrete. Some additions act as an inert material, with the filling function of voids, as is the case of the limestone filler, which has an extremely fine granulometric distribution, which increases the resistance of the concrete due to the dispersion of very fine particles when compared to the cement ; reducing the cost of production of the final product. |
